Phillip Heathcock was born in April 1880 (two months of age at the time of the 1880 census) and died before 1900, when his mother reported having had 12 children, of which only seven were still living at that time. These seven are all accounted for with the known children, Elizabeth Wiley, Josephine Parish, John, James, Thomas, Jackson and William.
