Evidence for this family comes from census records. The 1880 census of Wilson Co TX has a listing for the family of Charles Bellgard with wife Lavonia, son Louis A. (b 1878) and daughter Mary E. (b Oct 1879).
The 1900 census of Wilson Co TX lists the family of Green Gill and his wife Cynthia, along with their son John L. Gill and son-in-Law Louis A. Belgard, daughter Vannie D. Belgard, and 1-year old grand daughter Ella Bellgard.
In the 1910 census, Ella, Lora, Grats and Robby are listed with their Uncle John Gill and his father and mother, George and Cynthia Gill.
From all this, it seems that Green (or George) Gill's daughter Vannie Gill, married Louis Belgard and they had three daughters and a son, Ella, Lora, Grats (the son) and Robby Lee. Sometime after Robby Lee's birth in 1907 and before the 1910 census, both Louis and Vannie Belgard must have died.
