Joseph's sons were sturdy settlers but had a weakness supposea!y inherited from the Hill side of the family .... a strong tendency to strong drink. Even the girIs in the Hill family were known to put a touch of the brew in their coffee! It was here that the sometimes long-lived alcoholism got its beginning.1234
