Funeral will be Monday at 3 p.m. at Davis Funeral Chapel with O. C. Alexander officiating.
Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Survivors include a son, James Shaw of Austin; and a grandson.

GEORGETOWN – Funeral services were held here Friday afternoon for James Robert Shaw, 79, retired grocer, who died Thursday in a Georgetown hospital.
The Rev. Raymond Vick officiated. Burial was in IOOF Cemetery.
Shaw is survived by his widow; one son, James C. Shaw of Austin; one brother, Charles C. Shaw of Pasadena; three sisters, Mrs Alice Hutchinson, Mrs. Ida Harris and Mrs. Jennie Sherman, all of Georgetown, and by one grandson.
