Emily Banasiak (nee Staszak), age 91, of Lansing, IL, passed away on Monday, October 14, 2002. Survived by children: James (Lorraine), David (Patricia), Rene (Michael) Lesko and Christine (George) Lapinskie; also survived by 15 grandchildren 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Preceded in death by husband, Walter, son, Duane and daughter, Rita.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2002 at 10:15 A.M. from the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Road, Lansing, IL, to St. John Catholic Church, 301 Cottage Grove, Glenwood, IL, for 11:00 a.m. Mass. Burial, Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home Wednesday, 2:00 to 9:00 p.m.
