Marshall, Texas, July 17 (Special). Funeral servlces for Joseph Polk Henry, 77, who died late Monday morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. W. J. Warren, three miles south of Marshall on the Grange Hall road, were held Tuesday afternoon, with the Rev. J. B. Waggoner officiating. Interment was In Grange Hall cemetery. The Masons had charge of the services at the grive.

Surviving the deceased are four daughters, Mrs. W. J. Warren, Marshall; Mrs. G. A. Smith, San Antonio; Mrs. Effle Bell, Oakland, Calif., and Mrs. Alec Wettergrin, Hopland, Calif., and one son, Patrick Henry, Eagle Pass.
