He was a dedicated and devoted husband and father. He provided a stable and secure lifestyle for his family. He loved putting together family gatherings. He was a great cook. He was always "there" when people needed him. He was easy to talk to and a very wise man.
Served in WWII, the Korean War and still in the military during the Vietnam War. He was a dedicated military man.
Before his death, he owned Archie's Mobile Home Services. He was a carpenter, plumber, painter, electrician, mechanic and all around fix-it man.
His death was sudden. His high blood pressure was controlled by medications. One month prior to his death, his usual doctor retired and the new doctor took him off all his meds. He had been treated at Wilford Hall Medical Center in (USAF) San Antonio, TX

In her younger years, she was a waitress. After her husband retired, she attended cosmetology school and became a hairdresser. She was unaware she had a brain tumor and once detected, she only lived 3 weeks. She passed away in the home of her daughter, DIann. She loved John Wayne. She travelled alot with her sisters and mother. She was very close to her mother.
