YOAKUM - Hugh S. Hollan, 81, of San Antonio, died at 7 a.m. Tuesday in San Antonio.
Born Nov. 11, 1893 in DeWitt County, he had lived near Yoakum, and was a retired truck driver and rancher.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Buffington Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jim Bowman officiating.
Burial - will be in Hebron Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Lucia D. Hollan of San Antonio; three sons, Hubert S. and Neill H. Hollan of Fowlerton, Royce Hollan of San Antonio; two daughters, Mrs. LeRoy Stanfield of Uvalde and Mrs. Clarice Johnsson of Alice; 12 grandchildren and seven greatgrandchildren.
