Miss Lula Robinson, daughter of Mrs. E. E. Robinson, and E. S. Homelstad, will be married Monday evening at 8 oclock at the First Baptist church. Mrs. A. R. Mullin, sister of the bride, will be matron of honor; A. J. Allcock will attend the groom as best man. The bridesmaids will be Miss Sallie Walthall and Miss Mamie Swain. Edmund Hodge and Leonard Daniels will be the groomsmen. Both young people are well known in El Paso, having lived here a number of years, and have here a large circle of friends.

Lula Homelstad, widow of Emil Homelstad, is listed as resident of 1130 Front Street in San Diego in 1914.
2027. Lula remarried to Dallas Carter in March 1916. Since Edna was born 26 Jan 1913 by name Edna L. Homelstad, this limits the date of death of Emil to sometime between about mid-1912 until the recording of the 1914 San Diego City Directory.
H. B. Woman Dies At Her Home2028 Lula Phoebe Carter, 64, of Garfield street, Huntington Beach, died at her home yesterday. She had lived in California for 30 years and in Huntington Beach for 17 years.
Survivors are the husband, Dallas W. Carter; three children, Mrs. Edna L. Flaws, Dallas W. Carter jr., and Irene Elizabeth Carter all of Huntington Beach; two sisters, Mrs. Edna M. Beatty and Mrs. Fannie J. Alcock, of Venice.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Wee Kirk o’ the Heather at Forest Lawn Memorial park tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. with the Rev. A. S. Reitz of Inglewood officiating. Services are in charge of the Brown and Wagner Colonial chapel.
Mrs. Carter was a member of the First Baptist church of Huntington Beach. She was born in Delly county, Texas.
