Surviving are the wife, Mrs. Jessie Walden Legear, Montgomery; two brothers, Earl Legear and Carson Legear, both of Montgomery: two sisters, Mrs. Peggy Smith, Montgomery, and Mrs.Vennie Haywood, Opeiika, Ala.; a number of nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held from White Chapel Friday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Joe Lane officiating. Burial will be In the Antioch Cemetery.
