Walter or W.L., I had a very happy childhood. Worked in his father's country gro. delivering gro at an early age, 12yrs old or earlier. In 1950 my mother Vera bought me a 1948 Red Harley Davidson motor cycle. I quit school in the 10th grade and went in the Air Force. After the Air Force & finished high school after I was discharged from the Air Force, I went to work in the Oil Field in 1958, and to work for Chevron Oil (California Oil Co.) in 1959, where I stayed until retiring in 1992.950
