P.L. Trimble enumerated in the 1850 census of Nacogdoches Co had 12 or 13 children but no wife listed in the census. Would like to find out who she was and what happened to her. The whole family had been born in Georgia. But there was no record of a marriage of P.L.Trimble and a young lady that has been found. P.L. arrived while Texas was a Republic. He received 640 acres for settling as a married man. He was one of the first County Commissioners of Cherokee Co. The daughter of P.L., Minerva V. Trimble, married my g grandfather, Reziah Jarvis Banks, and they lived near Rusk. P.L.'s wife might have died in Nacogdoches Co and be buried somewhere there. She might have died along the way to Texas. Any help would be appreciated. Jack Banks - Houston
