Will of Nathaniel Henderson of Craven Co. & Parish of St Martins in the Province of SC.
1752To my beloved wife during her life, the houses and plantations and benefit of my land whereon I now dwell, with all the rest of my estate, only a reserve of one shilling sterling to be paid after my decease to my son Richard, Nathaniel, Edward, John, Anne, Wilson, Tyree, William, Patience, Archabel, James, being 11 in number.
(Remaining two children) To my daughter Elizabeth and my son Sherrod after the decease of my beloved wife, all my estate to be equally divided between them, only if my daughter Elizabeth should marry before it should please God to call me hence, then all my lands to belong to my son Sherrod.
