THOMAS FORT2106 was also born between 1704 and 1717. He too settled in Craven County, N.C. with his brothers. In 1754-55 he was still living in the area-which had become Johnston County-as a deed index shows. It is believed that Thomas Fort married and had children, and that he died sometime after 1769 in Dobbs County (formerly Johnston).
