She was born March 11, 1926 in Mt. Herman, LA, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Dewitt Wascom. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband: Mr. Samuel Boyd Hart III on October 1, 1977; one son: James Alan Hart on November 22, 2009; one infant daughter: Nancy Ann Hart on March 9, 1951. She was retired from Union Memorial Hospital in Monroe, NC as a registered nurse.
Mrs. Hart is survived by one daughter: Mrs. Carol H. Flow and husband Edwin, Sr. of Orange Park, Florida; one daughter-in-law: Mrs. Jean H. Hart of Monroe, NC; two grandchildren: Edwin Flow, Jr. and wife Heather of Jacksonville, Florida, Donna F. Burroughs and husband Joseph of Raeford, NC; three great grandchildren: Lydia Flow and Alexander Flow, both of Jacksonville, Florida, Lauren Burroughs of Raeford, NC; one brother: Malcolm Wascom and wife Carrie of Mt. Herman, LA; one sister-in-law: Mrs. (B.M.) Willa Mae Wascom of Bogalusa, LA.
