Charles R. Stradley, 68, of Mesa, a designer, died March 1, 1996. He was born in Colorado Springs, Colo., and was a World War II Coast Guard veteran. Survivors include his wife, Elaine R.; daughters, Charlaine Ann Burnett and Debra Lynn La Gree; son, Charles R.
