ARLINGTON (Special) —Services for John David McCoy, 32. of Fort Worth and formerly of Lubbock will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Moore Funeral Chapel in Arlington.
Burial will be in Moore Memorial Gardens under direction of Moore & Sons Funeral Home.
McCoy died about 8 p.m. Monday at Fort Worth Osteopathic Hospital after a sudden illness.
The Monterey High School graduate attended Tarrjnt County Junior College in Fort Worth. He was a registered respiratory therapist at Fort Worth Osteopathic Hospital.
Survivors include his wife. Mary: two sons, Ryan and Alan, both of Fort Worth; his mother. Mrs. J. Roy McCoy of Lubbock; two brothers. James Roy and Jimmy, both of Lubbock; and a sister. Clara Richards of Lubbock.
