Mrs. Williams worked 30 years as a benefits administrator for Atlantic Research Corp. in Alexandria, Va., until retiring in 1992. She was born in Clovis, N.M.
Survivors: a son, Gary of Woodbridge, Va.; two daughters, Linda Nelson of West Deptford and Anita Wiles of New Carrollton, Md.; six grandchildren, and a sister, Dorothy Winn of Clovis, N.M.
Services: funeral, 1 p.m. today, Paul W. Budd Funeral Home, 171 Delaware St., Woodbury; burial, Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro.
