Edley C. Frye, 78 of Alexandria died Friday, March 2, 2012 at the Alexandria Care Center.
He was bom on Jan. 24, 1934 in Springfield, III., the son of William and Ethel Frye.
He was retired from Payless Supermarket in Anderson where he was employed as the manager of the Deli Dept.
Survivors include his son, Michael Frye, two daughters, Donna K Parker and Judy A. Saiia, one sister, Eleanor Hawkins, seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen. Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Whetsel Funeral Service of Alexandria has been entrusted with the arrangements.
