Bobby Wayne Bostick, age 63, of Austin, formerly of San Antonio, was taken from our lives all to soon on Wednesday, March 31, 1999.
Bob, a member of Sunrise Community Church, is survived by Lillian Bostick, his loving wife of 43 years. He is also survived by his parents, Vollie and Sadie Bostick; and his sister, Wilma Coble and her husband, Gordon. Bob leaves a lasting legacy embodied in his four children, Bruce Bostick, Linda Reed and husband, Joel, Robert Bostick and wife, Teresa, and Cheryl Bowne and husband, Don? seven grandchildren, Zak Reed, Matthew Bostick, Gabe Bostick, Megan Bostick, Jacob Bowne, Rachel Bostick and Elizabeth Bostick; and one great-grandson, Chandler Bostick. Bob was a lover of books and history. He instilled in many of us that same love, and we will remember him every time we open a book. Bob will be forever missed and always loved by his family and friends. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, April 2, 1999, at Harrell Funeral Home in Austin. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 3, 1999, at Harrell Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Tom Dykeman officiating. Interment in Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
