Richard Dickover Weds Judith Wells4746Friends in this community have received word of the marriage of Miss Judith J. Wells and Richard D. Dickover, Jr., son of Mrs. Flora Dickover, of Hobbs. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph H. Wells, of Highland.
The couple was married in a double ring ceremony July 26 at Calvary Baptist church in Highland. Rev. Gaylord Hamilton officiated.
Organist was Mrs. Brechner.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown of chiffon over net and silk, with lace accents.
Attending her sister as maid of honor was Miss Rita C. Wells. Her waltz length gown was of ice blue and she carried a bouquet of white chrysanthemums. Miss Janet Keller, of Munster, bridesmaid, wore an identical gown.
Ronald Ashcraft, of Dyer, was best man, and Patrick McKeown, of Highland, was an usher.
A reception followed in the church parlors. The bride was graduated from Griffith high school and attended Ball State Teachers college. Her husband was graduated from Ball State and is a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. A second lieutenant with the Air Force, he is now a graduate student at St. Louis, Mo.
