Ruth Bailey Gideon of Seguin died Friday, July 3, at a local nursing home at the age of 86.
Graveside services will be held Monday, July 6, at 1 p.m. at Holland City Cemetery, Holland, Texas. Arrangements are by Palmer Mortuary of Seguin.
Survivors include a daughter, Gere Honeycutt of Dallas, a son, Edward N. Gideon of Seguin; a sister, Gracy D. Bailey of Dallas; five granchidren, nine great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
