Matthew McKenzie Mangold (Jan 1962) - The youngest son of Junior & Flora, Matt would also learn the upholstery craft at a very young age. After graduating from Alamo Heights High School, Matt went on to college at Southern Methodist University receiving a bachelor’s degree in history w/ a minor in English. Being a skilled craftsman, however, he chose to make his career in the upholstery business along side his grandfather, father, & brother. In 2004, he helped his childhood buddy, Vincent, open the Castle Hills Ace Hardware Store; a quaint neighbor hood shop that offers everything from housewares to tools to gifts and décor.1989
