Surviving are the wife, Mrs. Jessie Walden Legear, Montgomery; two brothers, Earl Legear and Carson Legear, both of Montgomery: two sisters, Mrs. Peggy Smith, Montgomery, and Mrs.Vennie Haywood, Opeiika, Ala.; a number of nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held from White Chapel Friday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Joe Lane officiating. Burial will be In the Antioch Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Glen Garron, Hubert Williams, Bill Haywood, Jerry Legear, John Legear and Waiter Williams.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 22, 1997 at 12 noon from the Apostolic Penete-coastal Church In Prattville with the Rev. George H. Glass officiating.
