BROWNSVILLE, Tenn., June 12 – Funeral services were conducted at 10:30 a. m. today at Woodville Methodist Church for John A. Hathcock, who died at the Haywood County Memorial Hospital Thursday following a short illness. Rev. Howard Bartell officiated. Burial in Woodville Cemetery with Brownsville Funeral Home in charge.
A member of an old and respected family In Haywood County, Mr. Hathcock was a farmer and a member of the Methodist Church. He was 77.
He leaves bis wife, Mrs. Grace Hathcock; one son, John P. Hathcock, Memphis; one brother, A. P. Hathcock of Nut Bush Community.
