BROWNSVILLE, Tenn. — Mrs. Lyde King Wilson, 74, died at the Haywood County Memorial Hospital Friday at 7:40 p.m. after a brief illness.
Mrs. Wilson was born in Haywood County but lived in Leighton Community near Denmark. She was a member of Woodland Baptist Church.
Services will be held at the church today at 2 p.m. with Brownsville Funeral Home in charge with the Rev. Leon Crider, assisted by Dr. W. H. Callahan, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Wilson was the daughter of the late Lucian D. and Annie Elizabeth King.
Surviving are a son, Jamie Boggs of Leighton; two sisters, Miss Ollie King of Leighton and Mrs. Tom Clark of Brownsville; two grandchildren and a greatgrandchild.
Pallbearers will be Jack King, Shands Massey, Wilson Thomas, H. P. Curlin, S. O. Wilson and Robert Taylor Curlin.
