Worth Stephen Bagley, 80, of Hanor Lane, Wendell, died Wednesday, June 6, at Wilson Memorial Hospital. Born Dec. 15, 1926, in Johnston County, he was a son of the late Willie Leon and Gertrude Moser Bagley.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Minshew Funeral Home in Four Oaks. Burial will follow in the Hills of Neuse Memory Gardens near Smithfield.
Surviving are his wife, Gladys Massengill Bagley; four daughters, Ira Farlow of Asheboro, Trudy Hawley and Sadie Poland, both of Nashville, and Tracy Bass of Rocky Mount; a son, Leon Bagley of New Hampshire; a sister, Betty Giles of Raleigh; a brother, William Leon “Buddy” Bagley Jr.; 13 grand- children; and nine great- grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 till 8 p.m. today (Friday) at the funeral home.
