Roberta I. Bird entered into rest on November 12, 2015 at the age of 90. She was born on January 10, 1925 in Robstown, TX to John W. and Eva (Coleman) Adams.

Roberta was preceded in death by her husband, Brownie Bird; parents; sons, Dan Bird, Terry Bird, and Kenneth Bird; daughter, Mary Cox; son-in-law, James Broadway; grandson, Dewayne Bird; great-granddaughter, Iris Cox; brothers, Frank Adams, Ruben Adams, and Jesse Adams.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Finch Funeral Chapel- Stockdale.

Funeral Service: Sunday, November 15, 2015, 2:00 p.m. at Stockdale Church of Christ.

Pastor Kenneth Clapp will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Steele Branch Cemetery.
