A nonresident alien's border crossing identification card No. 222812 for Moses Kiel, Canadian citizen, was issued at Victoria, BC on December 17, 1943. The card bears his photograph and contains the following physical description: 5'5 1/2", white, grey eyes, dark brown hair, left thumbnail scarred.143
