Hazel M. Henigan1342 Services for Hazel M. Henigan will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Hixson Bros., Pineville, with the Rev. David Guillot officiating. Burial will be in Big Creek Cemetery, Pollock.
Mrs. Henigan, 83, of Bentley died Saturday, Dec. 13, 1997, in Woods Haven Nursing Home, Pollock.
She was a member of Big Creek Baptist Church, Pollock, and was a former employee of Tiley's Grocery Store, Pollock. She was postmistress of Bentley Post Office, retiring after 15 years of service.
Survivors include three sons, Thomas Henigan and Leslie Henigan, both of Bentley, and James Henigan of Palestine, Texas; four daughters, Christine McKay of Pollock, Patsy Rowzee of Slagle, Faye Polk of Baton Rouge and Carol Robertson of Bentley; one brother, Y.B. Heathcock of Devine, Texas; two sisters, Viola Stewart of Carrollton, Texas, and Clarice Black of Nederland, Texas; 20 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and three great-greatgrandchildren.
Friends may call from 4-9 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. until time of services Tuesday in the funeral home.

HENIGAN1343Joseph Elzie Henigan, 48, of Georgetown, La., died in a local hospital at 11.45 a. m. Friday, August 5, 1949. He is survived by his wife, three sons, Thomas Henigan, James Henigan, and Leslie Henigan, all of Georgetown, four daughters, Christine Henigan, Pasty Jo Henigan, Alice Fay Henigan, and Carol Ann Henigan all of Georgetown, three sisters, Mrs. J. L. Edwards of Georgetown, Mrs. J. W. Graves of Dry Prong, and Miss Evie Henigan of Georgetown.
The body was at the residence of a nephew. J. O. Edwards. at Georgetown. The funeral service was held at 3:30 p. m. Saturday, August 6, 1949 in the Georgetown Baptist church. Interment was in the Big Creek cemetery under the direction of Hixson Bros. Funeral home.
