Notes for Sarah Willemse Yeats
Another online tree maintains that Aeghie Teunis Covert was the mother of five sons,1409

i Powell Hoff born Brooklyn, N.Y., married Rachel Stiles.
ii Pieter Hoff born circa 1678.
iii Teunis Hoff born circa 1679, Brooklyn, N.Y.
iv Johannes Hoff Bp. 23 May 1680, Brooklyn, N.Y. Twin to Wilhelmus Hoff.
v Wilhelmus Hoff Bp. 23 May 1680, Brooklyn, N.Y.

and that Sarah Yeats was the mother of an additional nine children:

vi Willem (William) Hoff born circa 1672.
vii Dirck Hoff Bp. 29 Aug 1685, Jamaica, NY.
viii Sara Hoff Bp. 27 Aug 1688, Jamaica, NY. Married Jeremiah Andersen.
ix Thomas Hoff Bp. 6 Apr 1690, Jamaica, NY.
x Jan Hoff Bp. 13 Apr 1692(?), Jamaica, NY.
xi Charles Hoff Bp. circa 1697, Jamaica, NY.
xii Joseph Hoff Bp. circa 1700, Flushing, L.I., NY.
xiii Benjamin Hoff Bp. circa 1702, Lawrenceville, Mercer County, N.J.
xiv Mary Hoff Bp. circa 1704, Lawrenceville, Mercer County, N.J.

The birthdate attributed to Willem Hoff must be incorrect, and another source1410 gives a more reasonable date of 1685, wth a date of 1686 for Dirck. However, this source gives a date for Jan Hoff of 4-27-1688, which is the same as the date for Sara Hoff. Probably the 4-27-1688 date given for Jan Hoff was a typo. Also, not that these are baptismal dates, not birthdates.
Notes for Derrick (Dirk) Paulsuszen (Spouse 1)
In his will of 1722, proved 22 Dec 1730 at Maidenhead, Hunterdon Co, NJ, Dirck listed heirs as: William; Richard; Thomas; Powell; John; Charles; Joseph; Benjamin; Sarah ANDERSON; Mary GARY, and Sarah (prob. the wife). Pieter was mentioned in the will, but only as a minor debtor to the estate. An early researcher noted that all the children seemed to be of age in 1722, as no guardianship records were found. In 1741, Charles, Thomas, Powell, and John HOFF were freeholders available for jury duty in Trenton twp. Powell and Thomas HOFF were in Maidenhead twp, and this Powell and Thomas are believed to be the sons.1405

However another interpretation of the will is that both Sarah’s were called daughters.1406 However, the opinion has been expressed that this was an error.1407
