Mrs. Bess Sanford Cresap, age 81, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2008, at Methodist Hospital Germantown.
Mrs. Cresap is preceded in death by her husband: Charles Edgar “Bill” Cresap.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Monday, November 3, 2008, at the Brownsville Funeral Home with Dr. Will Jones officiating.
Burial will follow in Trinity Cemetery. Visitation will begin prior to the service at 9:00 AM.
Mrs. Cresap is survived by two sons: Charles Edgar “Eddy” Cresap III, Vicksburg, MS, and Robert Sanford “Barty” Cresap, Cordova, TN; three grandchildren: Michelle Townsend, Kimberly McCaffrey, and Katherine Lynn Cresap; and one great granddaughter: Sarah Elizabeth Townsend.
