Mrs. Sanford Dies at Home3429 BROWNSVILLE, Tenn. Mrs. Frances King Sanford died last night at her home after six months of illness. She was 65.
She was born in the Nutbush Community of Haywood County and had lived here all of her life. Her husband, Sam W. Sanford, died in 1958. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Freeman Baird and Mrs. C. E. Cresan Jr. both of Brownsville, Mrs. Travis Harrison of Alamo, Mrs. William Ireland of Long Island, N. Y. and Mrs. Harvey Newson of Sumptner, Ala.: three sons, Jim T. Sanford and John K. Sanford, both of Brownsville and Lt. Sam Sanford of the Panama Canal Zone; her mother, Mrs. John King of Brownsville; two sisters, Mrs. Lee Smoot of Brownsville and Mrs. Edward Walker of Ripley; one brother, Isaac King of Lexington, Miss, and 19 grandchildren.
